There's no in-app cancel or reschedule option yet. To change a tour:
Message the property directly through Kaleno (use the “Message” button on the listing page.)
Let them know you need to change the time or cancel, and confirm the new details with them directly.
If you booked through the “Schedule tour” flow (immediately confirmed), the property will need to update the appointment on their end. Contact us if you're having trouble reaching the property.
